Good day!

In this update I added:

1. Muzzle flash for the machine gun (yay!)

2. times slow if you take a lot of damage or fall below 75 or 50 HP

3. I liked the blood effect, so why not add a dirt effect? I added a dirt effect on your screen if you are near a grenade that just went off!

4. You can now happily jump through the gap between sandbags

5. Changed the heal button from 3 to H

6. Machine guns now have recoil and a fire rate

And a couple of bug fixes!
