Added a sandbox that only currently contains 6 enemies (3 of the 2 enemy types) and the machine gun

Grenades now force objects upwards when they explode

fixed the blood not spawning and the skull when shot in the head

added a prone and slide feature

fixed the shooting while reloading bug

That is what beta 10 contains.
